4 DOZEN NIFTY NACHOS

Nifty Nachos is consider as an appetizer serve in a party or related occasion. I am excited to share to the readers of what I have read in a cookbook in the preparation of the Nifty Nachos using the microwave oven, today.

The preparation of this menu is easy to prepare and I believe that those who love to cook will enjoy doing it. We need 4 dozen nifty nachos and its ingredients such as 1 (1 lb.) can re-fried beans; 1 (5-1/2 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips; 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese and 10 slices green stuffed olives.

After all ingredients are prepared, spread 1 teaspoon re-fried beans on each tortilla cheap. Top with one teaspoon cheese and thin slice of olive.

Then place 8 on paper plate and cook in Chefmate Oven for 30 seconds. It is recommended that the Nifty Nachos should be serve warm.

A NATIVE CHICKEN TINOLA

A Native Chicken Tinola is one of my favorite Filipino cuisine. This is to share the ingredients and preparation in cooking a Native Chicken Tinola. The ingredients is composed of one (1) whole native chicken, sotanghon noodles, sayote (or papaya and other vegetables suitable to it), ginger (luya), vetsin (or chicken cube), salt and water.


The secret of a delicious Native Chicken Tinola is the ingredients that will be use and the desire of cooking upon it. After successfully have prepared the ingredients, frying the meat of native chicken (sliced into pieces) is the first step in cooking it. Wait until the meat native chicken is in light brownish color to make the meat soften and to produce with a natural chicken oil. Then add water suitable to it as a soup for the cuisine. Mix other ingredients such as salt, vetsin (or chicken cubes) and sotanghon noodles and wait until it will boil. Upon boiling pour out the sayote or papaya and wait until it is now cooked and ready to prepare for a delicious Native Chicken Tinola meal.

In fact, this cuisine is a soup and for me it is a delicious cuisine. An old school recipe that I am craving for it.

THE RUSSIAN TEA FROM ACROSS THE SEA

Today, I have learned another recipe of beverage which is called the Russian Tea - a tea from across the sea. 

This tea has ingredients that includes 1 cup powdered orange flavor drink, 1 cup sugar, 1/2 cup instant tea, 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon and 1 teaspoon ground cloves.

In the preparation of this tea is simple using microwave oven. Just mix ingredients well and store in airtight container. Use 2-3 teaspoons per cup of water. Simmer in Oven 1-1/2 to 2 minutes to blend flavors.

In fact, drinking tea is beneficial to every person's physical body. It will energize our mind and body while working the whole day in the office. It is rich in anti-oxidant and fight against stress.

FRANKS AND SPAGHETTI IS FRANKLY DELICIOUS!

This kind of recipe is frankly delicious! I have just read this menu and really glad to share the ingredients and how to prepare this delicious recipe this day.

The ingredients of this cuisine which is good for six (6) to eight (8) servings includes: 6 slices bacon, 1/2 cup chopped onion, 1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn, 1 (10-3/4 oz.) can tomato soup, 1/2 cup chill sauce, 1/2 teaspoon oregano, 1/4 teaspoon basil, 1(5 oz.) pkg. cooked spaghetti, 1 lb. sliced frankfurters and 3/4 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.

After all ingredients are prepared, we are now ready to cook the bacon in Chefmate Oven six (6) minutes. Reserve drippings. Next, saute onion in drippings. Cook in Chefmate Oven two (2) minutes. Afterwards, combine corn, soup, onion, chili sauce, bacon and spices. Mix in spaghetti and franks. Heat in Chefmate Oven six (6) minutes. Stir halfway through cooking time. Finally, sprinkle cheese over top of casserole. Melt five (5) minutes in Chefmate Oven.

Hopefully, this article have shared an important lessons in the preparation of Franks and Spaghetti using microwave oven.

Banana cue is another native snack food product in the community which has an affordable cost and it contains vitamins and minerals, too.

"TAHO" IS A NATIVE PHILIPPINE SNACK FOOD

Taho is a native recipe in the Philippines. It is very common among the Filipinos in terms of marketing and it is prepared early in the morning with the main ingredients such as fresh silken tofu, brown sugar syrup and sago "pearls".

I was learned before that Taho is rich in protein and convinced to purchased it. I always remind the Taho vendor not to include brown sugar and sago "pearl"  when every time I am buying it. I just really want to purchase a warm Taho with the pure silken tofu only taking an advantage of health benefits that is rich in protein.

Moreover, Taho is also affordable and every person can buy amounting to 5 pesos or 10 pesos per cup depending in the economic situation.

Why not try to buy and taste Taho? For me, it is delicious native snack food in the Philippines.



A DARK CHOCOLATE LOVER JUST LIKE ME

I can't deny that I am one of the persons who really loves chocolate which is one of the most favorite food in the world. But the type of chocolate I really like is dark chocolate which contains health benefits to every lover's of chocolate.

In fact, dark chocolates has benefits for antioxidants and good for our heart. Aside from that, it also taste good and help a person for anti-depressant and gives feeling of pleasure.

Hence, chocolate also makes me alert and energize my body and mind in the middle of tiredness and pressures whether it is work related or not.

But, I advice we should consume or eat chocolate moderately in order to enjoy the goodness of chocolates.

IT IS GREAT WITH COCA-COLA SHARING HAPPINESS AND REFRESHMENTS

Coca-Cola Company is sharing happiness and refreshments for more thank 100 year in the community today. In fact, the Coca-Cola brand is older than me which made this issue that the brand's existence up to date is really amazing and great. 

Moreover, having a Coca-Cola soda together with the favorite dishes will make the ambiance great and refreshes everyone that will result a big smiles to a group.

Drink Coke moderately and experienced the goodness of Coca-Cola.

A YUMMY OR TASTY SALTED DUCK EGG

For me, a salted duck egg is tasty or in other words more delicious if mixed it with a green ripe TOMATO or any ingredients suitable on it.

The salted duck egg that I recently tasted was processed into a popular method in the Philippines which is called the Pateros method. In this method, the duck eggs are  prepared by mixing clay, table salt and water. Most common, salted eggs sold here are dyed red to distinguish them from fresh duck eggs.

According to the experts, less than 300 mg a day of cholesterol intake is recommended for a healthy diet. A salty duck egg contains a high cholesterol of about 359 mg per 70 g weight of egg yolk.  But a salty duck egg is rich in protein and calcium and other minerals.

Indeed, a salted duck egg is great with green ripe tomato(s).

Ingredients includes: miki noodle, boiled egg, achuete (for coloring), salt, water, garlic (crushed), chicken breast, pepper and chopped chives (kuchay). Ilocos vinegar can also be used to experience more, a tasty and delicious Miki Chicken Noodle Soup.

This great recipe was really amazing, an old school food for snack or merienda along with my friends and classmates. I also used to cook this cuisine back then during my early college days.

MY FAVOURITE AUTHENTIC FILIPINO-ILOCANO CUISINE: DINAKDAKAN

Dinakdakan is one of my favorite authentic Filipino-Ilocano Cuisine.

During my long weekend vacation few weeks ago, I was able to taste and eat again  a medium grilled “Dinakdakan” courtesy of my mother’s effort in cooking this delicious Ilocano cuisine. Actually, she was preparing and cooking “Dinakdakan”, one of the recipes ordered by their customer during that time when I requested her to have one in favor to me for my lunch which she gladly agreed upon it.

My mom cooked a medium grilled “Dinakdakan” Ilocano authentic recipe in favor for me. She was excited and gladly prepared the ingredients of it such as Pork’s parts: ear, tongue, liver & nape; salt and pepper; thinly sliced onion; calamansi (if not, vinegar) and mayonnaise are the ingredients used in cooking the “Dinakdakan”.  Other ingredient may be used is boiled pig’s brain.

Dinakdakan” is really delicious for me and indeed it is one of my favourite authentic Ilocano Recipe.

Banana fruit is one of the best morning treat for myself in my daily meals needed for extra energy to my physical body and it refreshes my mind for the great morning until the afternoon of a day doing my activities in general.
